Alex Wallace serves as VP of Marketing Operations at triValence. With more than 30 years in the healthcare industry, she has spent most of her career in pharmacy benefit management (PBM) at CVS/Caremark and Optum in various leadership roles. In 2013, she shifted her focus to medical benefits management. Alex joined eviCore healthcare, now a Cigna sub-brand, where she led an Opportunity Management team whose responsibilities included content management, sales enablement, marketing, internal and external communications, and digital oversight.
Alex graduated from Northeastern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications.
